PRODUCTS AND PRE-ORDERS

Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis.

Pre-order products are not ready for immediate dispatch. Estimated dispatch information will be shown on the relevant product page.

We may use different production or fulfilment providers depending on availability, quality, cost and order volume.

Product images may include design mock-ups. Final garment appearance, print placement, colour reproduction and minor production details may vary slightly from mock-up images.

PRICING

All prices shown are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices, products or offers at any time before an order is placed.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where we reasonably believe there has been an error, suspected fraud, misuse, pricing mistake or other legitimate issue.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the affected amount will be refunded.

AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability.

For pre-order releases, fulfilment depends on final production capacity and supplier availability.

If we are unable to fulfil an order within a reasonable timeframe, we will contact the customer and provide appropriate options, including a refund where required.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Side Road Closed branding, original artwork, product designs, text and site content remain the property of Side Road Closed unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, sold or commercially used without permission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may use third-party services for payment processing, website hosting, fulfilment, shipping and other business functions.

Your use of these services may also be subject to the relevant third party’s terms and privacy practices.

LIMITATION

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.
